This pendant features a beautiful interplay of pictures within unique stones, and movement of the carved silver hawk. As in most of my Marra Mamba Tigereye pieces, the colors and images created by the Tigereye, Hematite, and Jasper that meld to form Marra Mamba's unique designs sits below as the landscape in which the hawk hunts. Combined with a triangular form of Black Jade with electroplated 24 K gold, represents the branch from which the hawk has flown. Together the composition captures a moment of pursuit, with figures arranged to suggest motion, awareness, and intent. The spacing and direction within the composition create tension without excess detail, allowing the scene to feel active and unresolved. The emphasis stays on movement and instinct, holding the viewer in the moment rather than the outcome.
